ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED TO OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER
All products must be returned prior to issuence of credit.

All refunds will be less shipping fees.

Only unopened portions of orders will be accepted for return. If you order a 3 pack and return 2 unopened, you will receive a refund for the unopened portion only.

Medical type devices such as the "Zeno Zit Zapper" and replacement tips are not eligible for returns.

Once the seal has been broken on the box, they may not be returned at any time for a refund or credit

Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of your return for refund to be issued.
